This long weekend will give good opportunity for traders to have a review over the past trades as well as polishing the trade strategies for upcoming trades. As for me, I spend weekends with usual routines. By Friday night, I will open up my computer and let it runs programs that run my filtering formulas for next week. After that I would do house chores, enjoy dinner with my family and after finishing dishes. By Saturday, I will review the past trades and last market positions. If I still have time, I will reply any inquiry emails and work on my book projects. By Sunday, I would set a good amount of time to set my trade plan for next week and continue working on my projects.

Whenever I’m away from home such as going to the gym or lunch outside, I would peek into my mobile devices (yes, I’m using iPhone® and iPad®) to review my stock picks, any open positions and any interesting developments. Personally, so far I found TDAmeritrade® apps for iOS are the best apps for mobile platform. For iPhone®, I normally use its TDAmeritrade® Mobile. Meanwhile I’m using TDAmeritrade® ThinkOrSwim app for iPad® to get a bigger view and more comprehensive indicators as well as it’s more handy and pleasant to view it on iPad’s larger screen while it’s still lightweight/portable to carry around.
